We decided to become members of Which? Trusted Traders as they are, (as the name suggests!) a trusted consumer champion.
The national scheme is genuinely difficult to join, just ask our General Manager who persevered with the stringent application!
Some membership schemes will take on anyone who applies and pays. Which? Trusted Trader on the other hand carried out a rigorous assessment of us to ensure that we provide the very highest standards of customer service.
