Warranties

When you buy a stairlift from us, you’re not just our priority when we’re installing it. You stay our priority until you no longer need it. That’s why we provide warranties on every stairlift we install – new and reconditioned. Here are the details:

New Straight Stairlifts

  • 3 year parts & labour warranty (including batteries) on our Handicare 1100 straight stairlifts. These stairlifts also have a lifetime guarantee on the gearbox
  • 2 FREE service visits when required/requested
  • 24 hour response cover (our phones are manned by an engineer 24 hours, 7 days a week incl. evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Reconditioned Straight Stairlifts

  • 12 month parts and labour warranty
  • 1 FREE service visit when required/requested
  • 24 hour response cover (our phones are manned by an engineer 24 hours, 7 days a week incl. evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
  • ALL OUR RECONDITIONED STAIRLIFTS ARE THE LATEST MODELS!

Curved Stairlifts – New & Reconditioned

  • 2 year parts and labour warranty (including batteries)
  • 2 FREE service visits when required/requested
  • 24 hour response cover (our phones are manned by an engineer 24 hours, 7 days a week incl. evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Curved Stairlifts – Rental

  • All parts & labour covered throughout rental period
  • 24 hour response cover (our phones are manned by an engineer 24 hours, 7 days a week incl. evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Extended Warranties

We don’t push our extended warranties. They can give you real peace of mind once your existing warranty has expired, and we will happily give you a price for an extended warranty on your stairlift when you ask us (to cover all parts and labour).

At Leodis, extended warranties are not compulsory. If you need service or repair outside of warranty we’ll still attend any call out and give you just the same standard of service – we’ll just charge you on a case by case basis.
