Absolutely! Stairlifts can go around corners. Curved stairlifts are used when your staircase is constructed with one or more bends. Curved tracks can be used and fitted bespoke to your staircase, no matter how many corners there are!
Curved stairlifts can be fitted new or reconditioned, and they’re available to both purchase and as a rental. Even more complex staircases can be tackled. For example, with spiral staircases we use a ‘Freecurve’ staircase to effortlessly moved along the constantly bending track. If you’re planning on fitting a new carpet and stairlift, do the carpet first. If that’s not possible, we can remove and then reinstall your stairlift, but there will be a charge.
