It has been a busy week for our team who have been travelling across Yorkshire and Lancashire, installing straight and curved stairlifts for customers! One of our latest jobs was a reconditioned stairlift installation in York for Mr Richardson.
Mr Richardson found us online and called us to enquire about a stairlift for his mother as she was due to come home from hospital and was struggling to manage on her own following a fall.
A free survey was welcomed by Mr Richardson and our engineer, Russell, arrived to measure the staircase and talk through what options were available the very next day. After looking at all the options, Mr Richardson decided to install a reconditioned Bison 180 curved stairlift with a power hinge, as this removed any obstruction of the doorway at the bottom of the staircase.
An installation date was arranged and our engineer, Chris, returned a few days later to carry this out so that it would be complete before Mr Richardson’s mother returned home. After only a few hours, the curved stairlift was up and running!
Mr Richardson was delighted with the result, explaining that he could not fault the service provided by Leodis and that it was worth every penny as his mother could now move easily around her home without worrying. It’s always rewarding to see customers happy and to receive such good feedback, and we hope this has really helped make Mr Richardson’s and his mother’s lives that little easier.
