At Leodis Stairlifts we aim to make the selection, purchase & installation of your stair lift, to be as smooth and simple as possible. Below are the simple steps required for this procedure, enabling you to have peace of mind that there are no hidden steps or surprise issues to delay or complicate your purchasing or installation.

WE will work with you to have your chosen stair lift, installed and commissioned as quickly a possible.


Having reviewed brochures and types of chairlifts:

1. Contact Leodis Stair lifts, to book your 'FREE home visit' by:

Telephone (you will talk directly to a member of our staff, not a call centre)

Using the request form on the right panel.

Using the request form on the right hand panel-'receive a FREE call'. (A member of staff will call you back at a date/time to suit you)

2. Confirm suitable date & time for your Home Visit with Leodis Stairlifts.

3. Leodis Stairlifts arrive at the time and date agreed. Our engineer can spend between 30-60 minutes and generally will cover the following:

Review the location of the stair lift and check for any obstruction &/or complications. Identify most suitable type of stair lift for your location (straight or curved)

Discuss with you and help you choose best solution for your budget.

Review additional items like 'where the power supply is', and other issues.

Provide a written quotation that includes ALL costs, and a delivery period.

4. Customer can either:
a) Place order at time of home visit (which ensures speedily response and installation). A deposit is not required. (Our word is our bond!)
b) Take time to review quotation and contact Leodis when ready.

5. Leodis visit on agreed installation date on receipt of Order. Leodis installs stair lifts to client's satisfaction & complete full payment.

Client may contact Leodis Stairlifts at any time, in the unlikely event of a problem. Leodis engineers will  attend all call outs on the same day.
