Q: what does a site survey involve?

A: Yes, Leodis Stairlifts supply quality reconditioned Stair lifts at competitive prices.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: Leodis Stairlifts offer up to 3yr parts & labour warranty on selected new products and 18 month parts & labour warranty on recondition stair  lifts. Other new stairlifts have an eighteen month warranty.

Q: How much does a Leodis Stairlift cost?

A: That depends on whether it is a straight or curved stair lift, and whether it is new or reconditioned. This would be confirmed during our FREE home visit.

Q: What delivery time will it be, once our order is placed?

A: For 'straight' stair lifts we can delivery and install the next day, if convenient to the client. For 'curved' stair delivery is  5 - 10 working days.

Q: What is the maximum weight a Leodis Stairlift can take?

A: Yes, nearly all Leodis Stairlifts are battery operated and therefore will continue to operate even if a power cut takes place.

Q: How are Leodis Stairlifts fixed to the staircase & will it make a mess of our walls?

A: No, all our stair lifts are fixed to the stair treads.

Q: Will there be full access for other to pass on the stairs once the stair lift has been installed?

A: Yes, all Leodis Stairlifts models are slim line where the arms, footrest & seat are folded away, leaving the stair clear for full access as normal.

Q: I have a radiator at the bottom of the staircase. Will it have to be moved?

A: We will provide expert advice about his during our FREE  home visit

Q: Will the door at the bottom of the staircase be a problem?

A: This is a common question, and can be easily solved by using a manual or powered hinge rail which will lift to leave the doorway free for normal use. Expert advice will be provided during our home visit.

Q: There are two of us who will want to use the stair lift, how will this work?

A: Your Leodis Stairlift will be supplied with two dual remote controls for the top & bottom of the stairs. This will enable either of you to call or send the stair lift when required.
